Fractions (5/2), evens, decimals with a point (3.5), or American (+250 or -200). A single number such as 5 means 5/1.
What the figures mean
- Fractional (5/2): you win £5 for every £2 staked, and get your stake back as well.
- Decimal (3.50): what £1 returns in total, stake included.
- American (+250): what £100 wins. A minus figure (-200) is what you must stake to win £100.
- Chance implied: 1 divided by the decimal price. It includes the bookmaker's margin, so it is a little more than the real chance.
